Enadoc 365 is a Microsoft Outlook add-in that lets you scan single or multiple-page documents directly to Outlook, rename scanned documents before sending/saving, and send scanned documents as attachments, keeping local copies in your local drive.
This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, documents, data, and other content that we receive from people using the add-in. By installing Enadoc 365, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance to this Policy.
To use this add-in, you should log in to Office365 or your Outlook account. Note that no personal information is needed to be supplied upon its download or usage. Only your user name, e-mail address and scanning details (scanner name, number of attachments, number of pages and scanner settings) will be saved for referential/analytical purposes.
The information we collect from you, such as your e-mail address, will be used to directly communicate to you. Information that may be sent to you might include but not limited to newsletters and software updates. Users have the option to opt out of the service in case they do not want to receive these e-mails.

The security of your personal information, documents, and other data is important to us. We ensure that all your information is secured in the cloud, whose providers we have thoroughly checked. Our cloud provider is Microsoft Azure. We also assure you that we do not save, copy, duplicate or reproduce the scanned documents in our system.
Enadoc 365 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. The date of the most recent update of our Privacy Policy is indicated above.
